Unbreakable Law 8: Demonstrate Excellence
In the early 1980’s, Tom Peters and Bob Waterman wrote a benchmark business book called In Search of Excellence. According to Peters, excellence was so rare that they had to go in search of it. And when they found it, they talked about it as if it were the Holy Grail.
The book was not only about companies, it also focused on excellent people and excellent execution – individuals who made a difference in their company, their product, their service, and their reputation.
How is your excellence? How dedicated are you to personal excellence? How consistent is your excellent execution?
The answer to these questions will determine both growth and future.
